ARE CALMING FLAMES CANDLES VEGAN?

Yes, our candles are 100% vegan friendly and cruelty free, as they do not contain any animal products, nor have they been tested on animals.

DO CALMING FLAMES CANDLES CONTAIN ZINC?

Our candles are free of lead and zinc.

DO CALMING FLAMES CANDLES CONTAIN PHTHALATES?

No. All of our materials, waxes, and fragrances do not contain potentially hazardous phthalates regulated by the CPSC.

WHAT ARE YOUR WICKS MADE OF?

All of our candle wicks are constructed from all-natural ring-spun cotton. They do not contain zinc, lead, or any other metals. All of our wicks have a natural wax coating, comprised of vegetable wax.

WHAT TYPE OF WAX DO YOU USE?

Our candles are made from a variety of premium waxes. We use a plant-based, vegan paraffin wax for our candles with the strongest scent throw and for our milder smelling candles, we use a Soy Blend Wax.

ARE YOUR CANDLE JARS REUSEABLE?

Yes, they are reusable. Old glass candle jars can be easily cleaned and repurposed for other household uses.

ALWAYS trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting.
Burn within sight.
Set candle on heat-resistant surface.

Store your wax melts in its container, in a cool, dry place, away from direct light, artificial and natural, to ensure color does not fade. Melt wax in an approved wax melter and never on a stove. Never leave melted wax unattended around children or pets. Properly dispose of wax. Do not pour down drains. Pour used wax back in original container. Be careful as the wax will be hot. Allow to completely cool before disposing.
