Working Principle
Dry ice blast cleaning technology is based on the use of ultra-low temperature dry ice particles, and by compressed airflow, the dry ice particles are hit by the gas at high speed to be cleaned surface dirt. The sudden drop in temperature of the dirt on the surface causes the surface to become brittle while causing these extremely low-temperature dry ice gases to enter inside the cracked contaminants. Precautions

Before carrying out the work, it is necessary to wear protective goggles,ear muffs,work clthes and gloves.
Before working ,set the ice feed speed to “O” and check if condensate is blasted out of the nozzle.
After finishing dry ice blasting, it is recommended to adjust the dry ice flow to “O”.Then turn on the blasting gun for 30s to eject all the dry ice in the ice tray and the dry ice tube without leaving any residue to prevent ice blockage.
It must be kept clean when adding dry ice, and no other foreign objects fall into the equipment.
This machine uses solid CO2 particles,and ventilation must be ensured when working.

Operation Steps

Connect the air source and power supply;
Connect the ice blasting gun;
Connect the ground wire;
Add in dry ice;
Turn on the power and adjust the amount of dry ice;
Start Cleaning.

Cleaning Steps

Step 1: Equipment commissioning
Connect the air source and power supply, check whether the data display of the air pressure indicator is normal and whether the power supply is connected correctly. Then set the blowing mode to trial operation, from slow commissioning to fast commissioning, and put the dry ice material into the machine for commissioning after confirming that there is no abnormality.
Step 2: Adjust the dry ice injection amount
Add dry ice to the machine and cover. According to the degree of cleaning, turn the controller knob to adjust the amount of dry ice for the best effect.
Step 3: After cleaning
Turn the controller knob of dry ice quantity to “0” position and turn on the spray gun for 30-50 seconds until no water is ejected.Turn the knob controller to the cleaning mode, and the device will clean the dry ice residue by itself. Manual cleaning is required if necessary. Disconnect the power switch and air source, and stow the spray gun and accessories.
